And so for example whilst you are choosing your new carpet or selecting a bedroom suite, you can pop round the corner into the curtain department to see which fabrics match the best, and at the same time select a co-ordinating wallpaper or sofa cover.

Millichap’s is a family-owned company established over 40 years ago and has become synonymous with quality and value-for-money products, backed up by excellent customer service on a level which is rare to find these days. We are known for our wide range of reliable, time proven brands and classic style, and yet we are at the same time committed to moving forward with the ever-evolving taste of the younger market, seeking to represent a wide range of product to the island. So on a typical day in-store, we may be helping a regular customer to find another add-on piece of furniture to sit with the brand they’ve been collecting for years, or we could be pulling out the pattern books for a teenager to choose the latest funky wallpaper so they can put their own stamp on their bedroom.

As a long-standing member of Associated Independent Stores – the UK’s largest non-food buying group – we have excellent sourcing at our fingertips and the knowledge that we can sell with confidence because quality is a forefront consideration. This membership also ensures that we can sell at UK mainland prices, with Millichap’s carrying the cost of shipping to the island.

Although we present a varied range of furnishings sourced from all over the world, we maintain a keen focus on ‘buying British’ wherever possible, with a conviction for supporting ‘close-to-home’ industry. Some of our best suppliers regularly win awards not just for good design but also for high levels of environmental consideration and this fits well with our own determined ethic.
